The Real Estate program is designed to educate students about the myriad aspects of the real estate industry and to provide a solid foundation for taking advantage of the numerous career opportunities available in real estate and related industries, including residential, commercial, or industrial development, brokerage, leasing, and property management, mortgage lending, appraisal and assessment, and corporate and institutional real estate asset management. Students who complete the real estate concentration will develop the specialized qualitative and quantitative tools necessary to prepare them for the unique demands and complexities associated with real estate careers. |

Requirements: - University of South Alabama International Application for Admission with the $35 processing fee
- Academic records detailing course work completed in secondary schools with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 as calculated by the Office of International Admissions and Student Programs.
- English Proficiency Requirement- submit one of the following (unofficial copies of scores will be accepted for admission, but official copies will be required prior to enrollment)
- Deposits - A non-refundable admissions deposit of $500 USD will be required of a student before an I-20 or DS-2019 is issued.
