The program is for students seeking to acquire technical, quantitative and concrete skills in economics. It enables students to pursue a PhD (it is the only Sciences Po Masters degree that qualifies students for a doctorate in economics), but also provides access to careers requiring technical skills such as international organizations, think tanks and consulting services. |

The international graduate admissions procedure is open to applicants who have obtained or will obtain (by the end of this academic year) : - a non-French undergraduate degree (or 180 ECTS credits / bachelor’s degree or equivalent) from an institution located in France or abroad;
- a Master's level degree (magister or magistracy, for example) for countries in which universities do not award undergraduate qualifications.
