Students who hold a University degree from a recognised Canadian University with a minimum GPA of 2.6 out of 4. Students are required to have: - an IELTS score of at least 6.5 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each component or

- TOEFL iBT (new scoring scale) 4.5 overall with a minimum component score of 4.0.
