Description:

The Master of Science in Leadership at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland is a comprehensive two-year program with five terms: three are on, and two are off campus. This dynamic structure allows students to immerse themselves in both academic excellence and real-world applications, earning a total of 90 ECTS credits. Through this blend of coursework and practical experience, students will develop the strategic leadership skills essential for success in today's global business environment.

    If you are ready to go through with the application process, the following are required:

    • A recognized Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Applicants with degrees in other fields will be considered and may be required to complete a Business Immersion Seminar Series.

    • For non-native English speakers, a test result of English Level: IELTS academic module 6.0 with no band below 5.5, TOEFL 4.5 with no component below 4.0, or equivalent Duolingo scores.

    Prior work experience is strongly recommended but not mandatory.
