Two Paths, One Powerful Degree — built on a strong foundation in financial theory and reporting, data analysis, and ethics. Students are admitted directly into one of two specialized paths: Accounting or Investments. This rigorous degree is highly valued by the market, as reflected through industry-funded sponsorships and guaranteed employment opportunities upon graduation. The Accounting path is ideal for careers in auditing, taxation, and financial reporting. The program is currently working to secure maximum exemptions from ACA and ACCA qualifications and includes a guaranteed job at graduation. The program duration is 16 months, including a 6-month placement. The Investments path is designed for careers in investments, wealth management, and fintech, with a focus on investment management, big data analysis, and digital finance. Courses are aligned with the CFA curriculum, and students also benefit from guaranteed employment upon graduation. This pathway can be completed in 12 months. |

Applicants must have a University degree awarded by an accredited institution in the country where it operates, or a degree evaluated as equivalent to a University degree by the Cyprus Council for the Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications (KY.S.A.T.S). Individuals who will be awarded a University degree or Graduation certificate fulfilling the necessary criteria by the end of the week that precedes registration week, are also eligible to apply. Applications for a Postgraduate Programme should include the following: - Application through the Online Application System of the UCY.
- A recognised University Degree.
- University Transcripts as appropriate.
- Curriculum Vitae.
- A short statement (max. two pages) of research goals and interests.
- Two (2) letters of recommendation.
- English Language Certificates (in case the candidate will study in an English-taught postgraduate programme or in case knowledge of the English language is required).
- Other certificates and verifications that will assist the evaluation committee in the evaluation process of the applications, such as employment certificates etc.
- For Applications to a PhD programme: A preliminary research proposal for a PhD place (if this is stated in the departments regulations).
Minimum Admission Criteria for a Postgraduate Programme are: - A recognised university degree or equivalent qualification in a subject related to the programme.
- Grades in related degrees and other certificates.
- At least two recommendation letters.
