This program is an innovative answer to both your demands as an international student for a program that provides you with North American accounting knowledge and the requirements of a business world that needs accountants who can think critically, communicate effectively and respond to challenges that arise from around the globe.

Your success as an MPAcc grad is due to our focus on a strong integrative approach to accounting and a curriculum that smoothly transitions you from international accounting to North American concepts.

    This is a unique program that provides an excellent transition from international accounting systems to North American theory and practice. It’s comprehensive and exciting, but also challenging and demanding. Our students are selected based on three criteria: strength in accounting, commitment to an understanding of global business and a dedication to leadership and community understanding.


    Requirements:

    • Four-year bachelor’s degree (Canadian equivalent)
    • Pre-requisites must include two Financial Accounting courses, one Management Accounting, Micro Economics, Macro Economics and Statistics. Please note that Business Law, Business Strategy, and Corporate Finance are strongly recommended. Must be from an accredited institution.

    Work experience is preferred, not required.

    Test Scores:
    • Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) or Pearson Test of English (Academic)
