Description:

Today's manufacturing sector requires highly skilled individuals with in-depth knowledge of current quality assurance, problem-solving and quality management practices. This two-semester Quality Assurance - Manufacturing and Management graduate certificate program provides students with the knowledge and skills required to improve the delivery and quality of goods and services within the manufacturing industry and other technology-focused sectors. 

Throughout the program, students will acquire a comprehensive understanding, practical experience, and proficiency in areas including the fundamentals of quality assurance, continuous improvement methods, international quality standards and statistical techniques. Students will also be able to apply the proper techniques and procedures to solve problems and enhance the quality of goods and services to eliminate waste and to reduce the incidence of defects.

    To be eligible for admission, you must possess the following:

    • A bachelor’s degree, advanced diploma, diploma, or equivalent in science, information technology, engineering or quality.
