This course reviews key obligations under TRESA that impact the day-to-day activities of a broker or salesperson trading in real estate and representing buyer and seller clients. It also reviews offers, deposits, and related obligations. In addition, the course reviews other laws that relate to trading activities.

Completion of the Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Registration Phase
Registration as a Salesperson with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO)
