Description:

The Welding Engineering Technician – Robotics program equips students with the specialized skills and knowledge required for a career in the welding industry, with a focus on automation and robotics. Designed to prepare graduates for the demands of modern manufacturing, this program emphasizes both hands-on and theoretical training in safe work practices, technical drawing interpretation and complex welding processes. Students will develop expertise in performing automated welding operations, programming robotic systems and applying industry standards for quality and safety. Students will also learn to accurately troubleshoot, maintain and operate automated welding equipment while adhering to industry codes and standards, positioning them to excel in advanced welding and manufacturing roles.
