Applicants must have - Ontario College Advanced Diploma (three-year)
OR - Ontario College Diploma (two-year) program in Dental Hygiene from an accredited, publicly-funded program
- Minimum of eight years clinical experience in the field of dental hygiene (resume required)
- Successful completion of a Research Methods course at the post-secondary level from a recognized publicly funded institution
OR - One-year Dental Assisting plus One-year Ontario College Diploma in Dental Hygiene from an accredited publicly funded program
- minimum 8 years of consistent clinical or related practice experience in the field of dental hygiene
- Successful completion of a degree level course in health, education or science (transcript and course outline required)
- Successful completion of a Research Methods course at the post-secondary level from a recognized publicly funded institution
OR - Dental Hygiene diploma from an Ontario, accredited private college (note: program must have been accredited at the time of your graduation)
- Minimum 8 years of consistent clinical or related practice experience in the field of dental hygiene
- Successful completion of a degree level course in health, education or science (transcript and course outline required)
- Successful completion of a Research Methods course at the post-secondary level from a recognized publicly funded institution
