Indiana Tech’s Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science will prepare you for a variety of laboratory-based and advanced forensic science careers. Coursework, which includes molecular biology, chemistry, genetics, biochemistry and statistics, will help you become a professional with the knowledge, skills and experience to excel in your chosen career path. The biology concentration provides students with a solid foundation in math and science, with a particular emphasis on DNA analysis. It prepares students for a wide range of careers in academia, industry and government. For example, forensic science laboratories may hire students who went through this program as forensic biologists (also known as forensic DNA analysts). |
