This programme incorporates the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Profession Map, giving full exemption from their Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management and CIPD Associate membership.
It will prepare you for a senior leadership position in human resources (HR), giving you the tools you need to distinguish yourself from the competition and the expertise needed to shape the HR agenda in any sector. After a year of working in a senior people services role, you'll be eligible to upgrade to CIPD Chartered Membership and use the protected designation Chartered MCIPD after your name. |
