The MSc in Psychology offers a fast-track route to eligibility for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership with the British Psychological Society, provided a minimum standard of 50% is achieved.
This means that applicants will normally already have studied some psychology at undergraduate level in a previous degree programme and now wish to undertake further study in order to allow the opportunity for specialisation in psychology in the future.
This is therefore the first step towards further postgraduate training for those wanting to pursue a professional career in Psychology. |

A minimum bachelor's degree (2.5/4.0 or 70% GPA) in any subject (if applying for MSc).
Applications are welcome from students with non-standard qualifications or returners to study (those over 21 years of age on entry) with significant relevant experience. This includes applicants who have undertaken a BPS-accredited psychology degree, but who have failed to achieve accreditation. Applicants who already have a BPS-accredited psychology degree are not eligible to apply.
