You’ll learn to generate innovative ideas, tell authentic stories, engage with different audiences and deliver exceptional customer experiences while exploring the challenges of management, reputation, sustainability and perceptions of luxury. Drawing on real case studies, you’ll acquire a global perspective of sectors including fashion, travel and automotive, and gain a deep understanding of how high-end businesses thrive – in the UK and overseas. In your final year, you'll take part in a Major Project, bringing together your learning in a final piece of work (a business plan, marketing idea or customer experience) – exploring the challenges that existing players face and the solutions you can bring to the table. |
