Drawing on psychological principles, the program explores how social influences, attitudes, behaviors, and factors like diversity and personality shape inclusion and exclusion. Through problem-based learning and critical reflection, students engage with equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) issues in Canadian education, developing strategies to reduce bias and support marginalized groups. This specialization aims to foster learning environments that prioritize fairness, equality, and full inclusion for all individuals.
