LIU's Global College is the only college in the world that combines full-time immersion into foreign countries and cultures with structured classroom instruction, field study, internships, and community service for a rewarding, experiential, and one-of-a-kind four-year Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies.
The Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies curriculum integrates classroom learning with real-world experience from day one, emphasizing development of global leadership skills. Central to the program are requirements that students reside in Costa Rica, Europe, Australia, and a New York-based final capstone semester, where students complete their senior thesis. From these countries, they will travel to Panama, Nicaragua, Morocco, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Turkey, India, Thailand, and Bali. Global College students typically complete at least four internships during their study. |
