The 120-credit Bachelor of Science degree program in Culinary Arts at our Brooklyn campus is thoughtfully crafted to provide students with a strong foundation in culinary techniques, kitchen management, and the art of flavor composition. With access to state-of-the-art facilities and guidance from industry-tested faculty, students will refine their skills in a dynamic and hands-on environment. In addition to culinary skills and creativity, the curriculum incorporates significant entrepreneurial coursework to offer a well-rounded education.
