The Drone Engineering degree program provides comprehensive knowledge of drone technology and its applications. It focuses on drone design, propulsion systems, and electronic subsystems grounded on the fundamentals of aeronautics and aerodynamics. Software and programming modules enable students to control drones and autonomous uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS). Sensor technology and data analysis allow for meaningful use of the collected data. Legal and safety issues complete the curriculum. English as the language of instruction, additional foreign languages, a semester abroad, and an internship, provide international experience. Management skills and entrepreneurial thinking enhance career opportunities in the global marketplace. |

For bachelor's programs, proof of general university entrance qualification is required. If your foreign certificate grants university access in your home country and matches the content and standards of an Austrian secondary school diploma, it will generally be accepted. When you apply online, you can choose the type of admission interview you would prefer: either online via MS Teams or in person at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol. If there are several admission dates to choose from, we recommend that you apply for the earliest possible date to increase your chances of getting a place on the course. |
