You?ll earn your Bachelor?s in Psychology and Master?s in School Counseling in 6 ? 7 years if attending full-time as you build the foundation you?ll need to be successful in this field.

By working with your advisor, you can tailor your Psychology degree to your own interests in one of many subfields of psychology, such as clinical or counseling psychology, forensic psychology, sport psychology, developmental psychology, or experimental psychology. You can choose courses to meet qualifications for the MHRT/C (Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community) certification in addition to earning a bachelor?s degree in Psychology. The MHRT/C is a state-granted credential required for many entry-level mental health positions in Maine.
