Studying our combined honours in Environmental Science and Medicinal Chemistry will give you the opportunity to develop a breadth of knowledge and a wide range of skills in two fascinating subjects.
In environmental science you will develop a range of skills and techniques that are relevant to the interdisciplinary study of the environmental, ecological and sustainability challenges that people and planet face. You will develop an awareness of the nature, causes and scope of these challenges and an appreciation of the emerging technological, political and societal solutions to these issues. Your theoretical knowledge will be strengthened with hands-on experience in a series of skills such as statistics, Geographical Information Science, programming, qualitative methods and fieldwork. |
