In neuroscience you will gain a solid grounding in basic biological techniques, the core concepts of neuroscience and the practical skills required for a career within the field. Building on the knowledge you have learnt in both subjects, you will progress to explore advanced topics in your second and third year of study. Modules may include; programming concepts that can be applied in areas such as games programming, mobile app and web development, artificial intelligence and cyber security and how the brain develops and how drugs affect the nervous system.
