| Our accelerated Bioveterinary Sciences degree is delivered over two years. This course is a unique opportunity to gain a scientific degree enhanced by animal science, clinical and research skills. During your studies, you'll be taught by both clinical and research scientists, giving you a wide variety of skills and knowledge. Preparing you for a career in STEM and non-STEM fields, as well as for further study. Studying bioveterinary sciences does not permit you to become a vet. However you could apply to study a 4-year graduate entry veterinary degree rather than a traditional 5-year course if you study bioveterinary sciences as a first honours degree. Subject to successfully completing a veterinary degree programme and validation by the RCVS, you will be added to the RCVS register of practising veterinary surgeons. |
