The General Practice Residency (GPR) – Dental Internship Program is a comprehensive one-year training experience in Hospital Dentistry, supported by the Dr. Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry. The program is based at Health Sciences Centre (HSC), a major teaching hospital located in the inner city of Winnipeg. This general practice residency provides a transformative clinical experience, equipping graduates with expanded scope and confidence for private practice as a general practitioner, while also serving as a strong foundation for those pursuing specialty training. |

Eligibility:To apply for the General Practice Residency, you must: - Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
- Hold dental qualifications eligible for registration in the Province of Manitoba (National Dental Examining Board).
Applications can be submitted any time before the deadline. Interviews are typically held at the end of October or early November; candidates selected for interviews will be notified. |
