The Sprott MBA delivers a high-quality, flexible and integrated management education designed for working professionals who want to advance in their careers and prepare for new and emerging career opportunities.

The Professional MBA features a well-rounded curriculum that focuses on strategic management concepts and complex decision-making skills in a dynamic, in-person classroom environment. You will gain a deep understanding of current organizational needs and market trends through a variety of active learning approaches. The program is delivered over 16 months with a convenient schedule of full-day classes on Friday and Saturday every two weeks, as well as breaks at convenient times for families. The program is offered at two locations: our main Carleton University campus (Fall Term start); and our satellite campus in Kanata (Winter Term start). Minimum 5 years of professional work experience required.

    Four-year Bachelor’s degree with an overall cumulative grade point average of a “B” which is the equivalent of 8.0/12 on Carleton’s scale. The CGPA calculation will be based on all years of study.
