Description:

The Master of Arts degree in Anthropology is a two-year program that offers students breadth in relation to our department's integrative research themes while grounding them in the research methods of their primary subfield (archaeological, biological, or cultural anthropology). The thesis option exposes students to our unique departmental themes and requires them to design and conduct a major, independent research project leading to a thesis.
