Description:

The Master of Occupational Therapy program develops self‐directed, competent, entry-level occupational therapists, who are leaders and advocates, prepared to work in current and evolving practice environments toward the improved health and well‐being of Manitobans, Canadians, and the global community. The Master of Occupational Therapy accelerated program includes 12 credit hours of academic course work from the Master of Occupational Therapy program or equivalent, plus preparation of a professional portfolio.


Prerequisites:

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
    To qualify for admission to the Master of Occupational Therapy accelerated program, you must have a minimum of a BMR (OT) degree or equivalent and evidence of having passed the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) certification examination and/or eligibility for registration in Manitoba by the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba (COTM)
