Want to get into Human Resources but don’t have a business background? The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Advanced Human Resource Management teaches you the fundamental business concepts you need to understand and succeed in Human Resources. You’ll take business courses in management essentials, academic writing, business law, introductory marketing and more. In your second year, you’ll take advanced HR courses in occupational health and safety, employment law, labour relations, workforce planning, talent management and more.

Applicants must have an undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Canada or an equivalent credential from an approved institution of a different country.
