Description:

This MSc is a conversion course that gives you a thorough grounding in psychology. You don't need any prior formal psychology education. We offer one of the widest ranges of research interests in the UK. Our research groups are in Behavioural and Clinical Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology, Developmental and Clinical Psychology, and Social and Applied Psychology.

You will study: biological, cognitive, social and developmental psychology; the philosophical and ethical foundations of psychology; and research methods.

Prerequisites:

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.

    Bachelors degree with a minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0 (grade B).


    Subject-specific requirements:


    You can study this course if you do not have previous training in psychology and want to obtain a qualification that provides Graduate Basis for Chartered Memberships (GBC) with the British Psychological Society.
