Description:

The master's degree in communication is for working professionals who want to change their career or become a better communicator. Graduates of this online master's degree become skilled at creating arguments, motivating others and communicating to global audiences. Students also learn about conflict resolution and negotiation practices. Master's degree communication students also learn crisis management, collaboration, team building, and leadership.

Graduates with a master’s in communication can expect to find work in sales, marketing, management, human resources, public relations, fundraising, healthcare, the government, nonprofits and more.

    Applicants are eligible to apply to the program if they have earned a bachelor’s degree in a related field or a master’s degree in any field from a regionally accredited institution.
    Applicants must have a minimum of a 3.00 cumulative GPA (scale is 4.00 = "A") in the last 60 hours of a student's first bachelor's degree program, or applicants must have a minimum of 3.00 cumulative GPA (on a 4.00 scale) in the applicable master's degree.
