Everything one does in life can be viewed as a negotiation. Negotiation is a dialogue between two or more people or parties intended to reach a beneficial outcome over one or more issues where a conflict exists with respect to at least one of these issues. This Negotiation training course provides a comprehensive introduction to negotiation. Students will learn how to use analytical tools and different social techniques for successfully representing one’s interests in every negotiation. This course acts as a strategic playbook for becoming a skilled negotiator and using the art of persuasion in the workplace. Identifying key issues and goals, and dealing with obstacles in a persuasive manner are examined. Students will learn how to best achieve a balance of what is best for all individuals and parties involved. Negotiation becomes an essential skill in conflict resolution and is extremely important for workplace managers, leaders and employees. This course will also assist human resource managers and leaders in implementing strategies in the workplace to diffuse conflict and increase overall workplace employee connectivity.
