|Description:||Designed to provide the theoretical training necessary to obtain employment as a Hospital Ward Clerk/Secretary. Students are expected to have the equivalent of an introductory computer course.
To successfully complete this program, participants must complete four (4) compulsory courses and one (1) elective.

Applicants to the program must hold an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (O.S.S.D.) or equivalent or must qualify for mature student status (19 years of age or older).
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (Computer Based) [min. 213] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 78] or Pearson Test of English (Academic) [min. 60] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.5] or Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 60]
