Understanding mental processes in health and disease goes hand in hand with understanding how the brain works. Our brains are complex biological systems, operating at multiple levels and constantly shaping and being shaped by our experience. This course, offered by one of the world’s leading centres for neuroscience research, will enable students to understand the interplay between mental and neural processes. The course will focus on psychological sciences and the exciting, growing areas of cognitive/systems/computational neuroscience.

Applicants are required to have an overall average of 85% and at least five academic grade 12 subjects, including at least two of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Psychology. Additionally Mathematics at GCSE grade 6/B (or equivalent) is required. |
