Description:

The purpose of the RIDE program is to provide the resource industry and its professional drivers with training that is acceptable to employers within the resource industry (particularly oilfield and forestry) and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure, which recognizes RIDE as an equivalent to GODI. The four main sections covered by this course are: Improving your driving skills, off-highway driving techniques, regulatory requirements, and non-driving skills.

RIDE and Fatigue Management & Hours of Service are offered in combination to meet the regulatory requirements of the oil well- service vehicle permit.
