Description:

Our Business Management Certificate program instructors are experienced educators who have worked in senior managerial positions in banking, international trade, retailing, and manufacturing. The business management courses are current, practical, and geared toward application in the “real world” to help students enter and succeed in the workforce.

We integrate communication skills teaching with academic and professional business education and training. In today’s marketplace, strong communication skills—which include speaking and writing—are essential. In this program, students will master great communication techniques, increase their confidence in public speaking, and present their thoughts and ideas clearly in meetings, sales venues, employment interviews, or group presentations.
