The Sprott MBA Management and Change concentration develops the theoretical and practical skill sets needed for success in this dynamic and complex environment. This concentration is ideal for managers and professionals who are looking to improve their mastery of management skills or advance their career to senior managerial levels. Students will learn to think strategically and develop applied skills in management, leadership and change.

|Additional Admission Requirements:||
Applicants are required to have a four-year Bachelor’s degree with an overall cumulative grade point average of a “B” which is the equivalent of 8.0/12 on Carleton’s scale. The CGPA calculation will be based on all four years of study. Applicants must also have: two academic recommendations from Professors are required unless the candidate meets the work experience criteria, as defined in the “Application Process” section, in which professional references may then be substituted. Those who do not possess two years of professional work experience must complete the Internship portion of the MBA program. Those candidates who have been shortlisted may receive an invitation to participate in a video interview.
