Tara Wernsing is an associate professor at IE Business school. Both her research and teaching focus on leadership development. Her published studies examine models of ethical and authentic leadership, the effects of positivity in the workplace, and leadership development via self-awareness and mindfulness. Before becoming a professor at the IE Business School, Tara worked more than ten years in the Marketing field in companies like Sears, Life Fitness and Brunswick, and consulting with organizations including Unilever, Walgreens, Johnson & Johnson, and the U.S. National Institute of Corrections.
