Join instructors Dave and Tanya on Wednesday, April 7, from 3:30 to 4:30 for a live cooking demonstration!

In this demo you will learn:

  • How to make fresh ricotta cheese
  • How to make semolina pasta dough, plain, spinach, and tomato
  • How to make herbed ricotta cannelloni and tortellini
  • Quick and easy sauces to serve with your pasta
