The Vancouver Island University (VIU) Trades Open House is a free event that will help you learn everything you need to know about the 16 different trades programs offered by VIU.

If you’ve ever wanted to know more about what’s involved with pursuing a trade or wanted to better understand what career possibilities are once you graduate with a trade, this event is for you!

During the event, you’ll be able to:

• Ask questions about programs you’re interested in

• Learn how education can put you on a great career path

• Explore campus, tour shops & learn about the equipment used in training
