Master Class: Building your Personal Brand with Leadership Skills

In this engaging Master Class, Professor Campagna will teach participants how to develop their personal brands through introspection and an interactive simulation. Attendees will create their own SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis and learn how to differentiate between fixed and growth mindsets. They will also hear more about what makes up the unique Hult DNA and which leadership skills are most effective in building your personal brand and reaching your career goals.

Meet our professor:

Pamela Campagna is Professor of Practice at Hult International Business School, teaching Leadership, Global Strategy, Global Management, Research Methods, and International Business. She is a highly skilled business executive with a track record of developing and implementing creative plans and programs for growth and success across a number of industries.

Pamela's experience includes twelve years in industry plus twenty years as a consulting business owner, working alongside C-level executives, contributing to the development and growth of scores of product & services businesses. Pamela's robust educational experience includes teaching at well-known universities and creating and delivering more than 600 workshops and courses for global businesses and institutions. She has extensive experience living, traveling, studying and doing business overseas.

Pamela is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®), consulting business owner, and professor who started her career in software technology companies. Pamela also serves as President and Founder of BLUE SAGE Consulting, Inc., a women business enterprise that works with organizations to set and refine strategies to improve and implement processes and programs.
