Being a front-line responder in the medical field isn't easy on a good day. In the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, it's a lot harder.

Canadian nurses are working day and night to contain the coronavirus. Here's how you can show your appreciation!

Thank a Nurse

The Canadian Nurses Foundation (CNF) has made showing your support easy. Connect with the CNF through the Thank a Nurse page, or email the CNF with the following:

• Name of your nurse
• Image of your nurse
• Nurse title: RN, RPN, LPN, NP
• Twitter handle (if available)
• Your name
• Short message to your special nurse

The CNF will share your special thanks on their Twitter and Facebook pages. The CNF will also honour these nurses on the #NightingaleWall, to be unveiled in the fall.
