Whether studying biochemistry, kinesiology or pre-medicine, you will not only learn the skills necessary to move forward in your career path, you will be able to seek the calling that God has for you which includes your job, but also extends beyond it.

Redeemer’s Health Sciences students graduate with upwards of 600 hours logged in a lab that are filled with hands-on experiential learning and real-world research experience. Because the average lab class size is 17 students, your professors will be able to dedicate more time to mentoring you and working alongside you. Studying health sciences at a Christian university helps you develop the foundational knowledge and skills to bring into your future career but by exploring and researching under the direction of Christian faculty, you will be encouraged to consider and wrestle with how Christians are called to care for each other and promote holistic health. You will be challenged to discover more about who you are, where God is calling you and how your particular gifts can be used in God’s Greater Story.

This summer, Redeemer will be hosting a week-long Student Research Fellowship, where grade 11 & 12 students are welcomed onto campus to conduct university-level research alongside our science faculty. This week would also be an opportunity to meet other Christian students who are passionate about the same research and areas of study as you are.
