Wherever you are in the world, there will be lots of places to explore and activities to try. It is important to take breaks from studying, to clear your mind and ensure that you work productively. Try combining seeing new sights with exercising by going on a hike or a bike ride – the endorphins released by the exercise will help reduce stress.
Find New Places to Study
Working in different environments improves concentration and motivation. Studying abroad provides lots of opportunities for you to find new study spots. Try working outside in local parks or on the beach. If studying indoors works better for you, ask your local friends for coffee shop recommendations. Not only will this help you to focus and study productively, it will also help you to immerse yourself in the culture of your local area.
