Designing relevant and meaningful interactive products, services, and relationships requires thorough understanding of consumer needs, wants, and behaviors. UX researchers connect dots between data sets and disciplines, translate information into actionable business insights, and effectively communicate user research insights to positively impact business strategies and goals. In the SCAD user experience research program, students gain hands-on experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis and user testing to ensure the creation of business value in meaningful, memorable, and positive ways.
