The Thornton Road Campus, which opened in 2010, is the next evolution for Trent University Durham. For many Trent University Durham students, proximity to work or home is an important consideration; approximately 70 per cent of students commute to campus in less than 40 minutes. Trent University Durham is conveniently located minutes from the 401, and parking is free. GO Transit is also close with a direct link to the University and municipal transit stops nearby.

In our new building, 200 on-campus residence spaces (with all of the amenities) are housed under the same roof as state-of-the-art academic spaces, including modern lecture halls and classrooms. Sports

Trent University Durham GTA organizes a free intramural program. All levels of athletic experience welcome! Sports include Volleyball, Field Soccer, Basketball, and Flag Football.
