| Description: | Our 2,200 Hour Massage Therapy Diploma represents the most extensive and current education available to future Massage Therapists in Alberta. This competency based curriculum facilitates the development of clinical knowledge, skills and aptitude which creates professional, safe and competent Massage Therapists. Students successful in completing this program are awarded a 2,200 Hour Massage Therapy Diploma. The diploma awarded is recognized by provincial associations and regulatory bodies which enables our graduates with the ability to obtain membership and or write entry to practice examinations as required, regardless of where they choose to practice - nationally or internationally. | ||

Applicants to this program must be a minimum 18 years of age; High School Graduate or have a GED; minimum grade of 70% in Grade 12 Biology (30). If you did not obtain a 70% in Grade 12 Biology (30) or you have been out of school for more than 5 years, completion of an Anatomy & Physiology Preparatory or Introduction to Life Sciences course is required. Completion of an Introduction to Massage Therapy Course. |
