Description:

Courses to qualify for a Doctor of Christian Counselling degree will be offered at the college during the winter and summer session each year. Students enrolled in a Doctor of Christian Counselling program achieve candidate status when they complete the six required courses and submit an acceptable thesis prospectus.

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
    The student must have a Master of Christian Counselling (M.C.C.) with a grade point average of 3.0 or above (out of a 4.0 scale) or second class honours. The student with a grade point average between 3.0 and 2.5 will be admitted on probation. Non-Master of Christian Counselling degree holders may be considered for admission to the program under the following criteria: A minimum of five years of study beyond the secondary school level of which at least two years must be at the Masters level, and a Bachelor of Theology degree plus a minimum of two additional years of study either at the M.C.C. level or Master of Theological Studies level.
