|Description:||This 30-credit professional development program provides training to assist mainstream teachers in becoming more effective teachers in First Nations and Inuit communities. It is designed to address subjects of particular interest and need in First Nations and Inuit schools, such as cultural socialization, cooperative learning, second language teaching, and curriculum development.|

Applicants must provide a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) or its equivalent, evidence of having completed teacher training at an approved institution and a letter of recommendation from a competent authority.
