Did you know that Geotechnologies (which include GIScience) have been recognised in 2004 by the US department of Labour as one of the three most important and emerging fields, along with nanotechnologies and biotechnologies? The diploma program in Geographic Information Sciences (GISciences) is a 30 credits program offered, by the Department of Geography, to students registered in a Bachelor of Arts (Honours or General) or in a Bachelor of Science (Honours or General). The diploma program is also offered to students who have completed a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science at Memorial University or at another recognized university. |
