All engineering applicants to the University of Waterloo will be considered for the Colonel Hugh Heasley Engineering Scholarships. Provided to outstanding students in Engineering from an endowment established by the estate of the late Colonel Heasley, the scholarships are valued at $4,000.00 for first year and renewable for second, third, and fourth year for a total value of $10,000.00.
