The M.B.A. at Brock University is designed to give students a broad, integrated understanding of the principles of management while providing the opportunity to develop an expertise in one of several specialized areas of business. This is carried out in the context of a global business environment.
While in the program, students are immersed in a culture of management professionalism and competency. Critical thinking and communication skills are developed through a variety of instructional techniques.
Students can concentrate in one of the following areas: Accounting; Finance; Marketing; and Human Resource Management. Students also have the option of designing their own specialized program in the second year by completing an approved multidisciplinary set of courses drawn from the M.B.A. program and other graduate course offerings.
